“Accounting, Advisory and Compliance” sums up what we do. But this can have many different meanings to our clients, depending on who they are.

As flight crew members employed by domestic or foreign air carriers, you can expect our assistance in accounting for all pertinent deductions and credits that you are legally entitled to. Admittedly, we are a bit dogged in this pursuit. A good part of our value added is making sure you pay only your fair share of tax. Remember, the tax code is written to collect taxes, interest, and penalties. Nowhere in the tax code does it say you must take the deductions and credits that will reduce your tax burden. That is where we come in.

Our expatriate flight crews should expect our focus to be trained on the foreign earned income exclusion, foreign tax credits, housing allowances, etc (a consult is appropriate here if you are curious about the ‘etc.’). We provide guidance on gathering all pertinent documents we will use to prepare a tax return with the legally minimum tax due.

To our business owners; we understand that there is so much more to your business (and to you) than the forms, documents, filings and paperwork associated with compliance. We are living both the aviation and the small business life, just like you, and we recognize the struggle and sacrifice that has gotten you to where you are. Our goal is to use both our expertise and the personal relationship we develop with you to be the resource you need to achieve what’s next.

Your business is unique and you need a professional partner who can truly listen and respond to what makes you and your business tick. We can help you realize your financial goals by knowing the right questions to ask and working to help you put appropriate plans in place to get you where you want to go. Business setup, operation, officer and employee payroll, accounting, tax strategies, and retirement planning are the basis of the partnership we provide for you and your business.

We will submit timely, complete, and accurate tax returns and information filings for you , but will also involve you in the process to as great an extent as you desire. Our goal to to create educated, informed and prepared business owners and individuals.

We are everywhere!

Our home base may be in Hillsboro, Oregon, but thanks to modern technology, we are available to our clients wherever in the world they may live and do business. Our secure portal allows confidential document sharing and we are always available for phone or Skype consults when you need to talk.
